The deadline for submitting periodic reports in 2022
Pursuant to § 19 sec. 1 of Appendix No. 4 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and periodic information provided by issuers of debt financial instruments in the alternative trading system on Catalyst", the Management Board of Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. ("Company") informs that in 2022, the separate and consolidated annual report of the Company for 2020 will be published on May 27, 2022.

Change in the date of publication of periodic reports in 2022
Pursuant to § 19 sec. 2 of Annex 4 to the Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and periodic information provided by issuers of debt financial instruments in the alternative trading system on Catalyst", the Management Board of the Polish Development Fund S.A. ("Company") informs about the change of the date of publication by the Company of the separate and consolidated annual report of the Company for 2021. The periodic report containing the reports of the Company will be published on May 31, 2022. According to the content of the current report No. 1/2022 of January 28 2022 (published on the Catalyst website on January 28, 2022) of the report was determined as of May 27, 2022.
