Protection of whistleblowers

In connection with the requirement to transpose the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of whistleblowers into the Polish legal system, PFR has adapted the whistleblowing system to the requirements of the Directive.

The existing whistleblowing model will be updated not only on the basis of the directive, but also the national and international standards in this respect, including, among others:

• CBA Anticorruption Guidelines,
• Planned standard ISO:37002

PFR implements the whistleblowing system and takes action to adapt the whistleblowing system and its overriding whistleblower protection principle to the requirements of the “whistleblower protection directive” in a:

PFR exercises due diligence to protect whistleblowers in order to ensure the protection of accompanying persons.
In PFR rule applies: zero tolerance for retaliation
