The PFR Compliance Management System serves the purpose of supporting the company’s corporate bodies as well as individual organizational units in the performance of their statutory and legal obligations.
As an institution acting within the framework and on the basis of the Commercial Company Code, the Act on the System of Development Institutions and other legal acts, PFR implements tasks aimed at increasing economic potential of Poland through investment and development activities.
