The program guides participants through the stages of developing a start-up, connecting participants with different competences in teams.
Pioneers' School PFR is the first pre-acceleration step for beginner entrepreneurs and technological visionaries. After 3 weeks of intensive workshops, you will build a team, validate the business idea and create an MVP ready for the investment pitch!
PFR School of Pioneers will allow you to meet people with diverse talents, with whom you will create a complementary team ready to build a startup. An intensive program of workshops and mentoring will take you through the entire process of startup building, from generating an idea, through validation and prototyping, to presenting it to investors and accelerators during the Final Gala.

Weekend bootcamp
? Bootcamp nearby Warsaw that allows individuals to team up and the teams to find co-founders.5-16 September
Ultra-practical workshops
? Leading through the successive stages of developing a start-up from an idea to business validation. Workshops will be held in Warsaw from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.21 October
Demo Day
? Teams present the results of their work. The best teams will qualify for the Final Gala and a trip abroad.4 November
Final Gala
? The culmination of the program is the Final Gala with financial prizes (PLN 110,000) and a trip abroad for the best teams.16-19 November
International trip
? Selected teams have the opportunity to validate the project on the foreign market and build a cooperation network.In the beginning, we'll take you to a weekend bootcamp that allows individuals to team up and the teams to find co-founders. During it, you will take part in workshops on personal development, effective group work and project management.
The main part of the program consists of ultra-practical workshops leading through the successive stages of developing a start-up from an idea to business validation, i.e. Lean Model Canvas, Prototyping, Validation, Pricing and Financial Analysis.
After the workshop, the teams continue to build their MVP during remote sprints with the support of mentors. The results of the works will be presented during Demo Day. The best teams will qualify for the Final Gala and a trip to a startup hub city abroad.
The programme ends with the Final Gala with financial prizes from a pool of PLN 110,000. The Gala will be a chance to meet representatives of accelerators and VC funds. The best teams will take part in an international business trip allowing for the validation of the project on the foreign market and building your business networks.

👨🏻👧🏻👩🏻🦱 When applying as a team, you indicate the division of roles in the team, taking into account the co-founder(s) you are looking for.
You may already have an idea for a project or a startup - that's great, tell us about it in your application! If not, you will join or expand the team in which you will develop a solution together. Regardless of the path you choose, remember that your idea should evolve, taking into account the perspective and abilities of the members of team with which you will cooperate during the workshops in September.
The best projects are the ones that connect scientists and engineers with the business world. So come to the program with an open mind, don't be afraid to question and synthesize!

If you qualify for the final group of 50 participants of the PFR Pioneer School, you will receive a scholarship fully covering the costs of participation in September workshops and a foreign business trip.

The administrative cost is to be covered upon receiving the information on admission and is obligatory for each qualified participant, both the applicant and the members of the team.
