Key areas of compliance

In the performance of its statutory tasks and the tasks imposed on the company by legal acts, PFR S.A. is exposed to materialization of the compliance risk. Given the nature and the scope of activity as an institution operating within the System of Development Institutions, PFR identifies the areas that are critical for compliance risk.

Zero tolerance for corruption

Polish Development Fund S.A. as an institution coordinating the activities of the PFR Group under the Act on the System of Development Institutions, must exercise special care to prevent corruption in all its forms.

Conflict of interest

PFR conducts its activities in a transparent manner, which allows it to manage conflict of interest effectively.

Protection of whistleblowers

As early as in 2017, PFR implemented dedicated whistleblowing channels and solutions aimed at protecting whistleblowers against retaliation.

Building a compliance culture

Within the framework of its Compliance Management System, PFR takes action to built an organization based on a specific system of values, reflected in internal regulations and, what is even more important, in the Company’s ongoing activities.
