She has many years of experience both in the design of systemic solutions in the field of ownership supervision and corporate governance, as well as in their direct implementation as a member of the supervisory boards of capital companies.

Previously, at the Ministry of Treasury, the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology, she dealt with, among other things, creation of the ownership policy, including the issues of remuneration of members of State Treasury companies, sponsorship and corporate social responsibility, as well as the area of economic and financial analyses concerning the operation of State Treasury companies.

She graduated from the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics.
